- Projects – we’re here to listen first and offer friendly advise when needed to assist in phasing of any home completion projects
- Priorities – we’ll quickly assist identify the key features that will make your home work better for you, considering your style, timeframe & budget
- Preferences – we’ll then spend the time required to ensure the proper attention to detail is addressed up-front
Step 2 – In-home Consultation
- Interview – to introduce you to our company and further assess your needs
- Survey – we review the site with you and take any required measurements
- Concept – we’ll go over preliminary plans, schedules and pricing with you to ensure your needs are met
Step 3 - Service Proposal
- Proposals – our detailed proposals include Project Plans, Scope of Work & Specifications along with firm Quotations – not just Estimates!
- Contracts – part of the ‘get-it-in-writing’ assurance our service contracts (adapted by the CMHC) are to protect the mutual interests of our clients and we your contractor
- Bookings – at signing we put a Project Schedule together with you meanwhile introducing our Project Team along with initiating the ordering of materials and the mobilizing of Pro-trades
